Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, all sales are final. We only accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped to a customer.

Exchanges: To be eligible for a product exchange or replacement, you must first send an email to cboteo@latinlavish.com or go to the "contact us" section on our website, within 3 days of your order delivery date. All emails must include the full name of the customer with their  order number and either photos of the damaged products or photos of the incorrect products received. Upon receiving your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly within 1 to 2 business days to make sure your replacement items get to you as soon as possible.
